Custom blocking lists?

I'm just about to pay for this service and recommend it to another person.  However, I see no cookie warning blocklists and no ad-block warning removal lists.  Can a custom list be created without writing each entry manually?  I'd sure love to load my old AdAway created Hosts file as I move away from per-device filtering.  Thank you!
