NextDNS Does Not Work With Kasper VPN

Kaspersy VPN does not allow to set custom DNS.

When i activate VPN, if NextDNS is active, i can't access to internet.

1) If i install https://github.com/nextdns/nextdns/wiki/Windows can this fix my problem?

2) Must i use Yoga DNS? Free or Paid?

3) In NexDNS there  is a settings called "Configure DDNS" and if i use no-ip or something like that, can my problem be fixed? I think this setting is only for managing cutom dns at VPN apps? Because when we update custom DNS we have to update it via Linked IP or No-ip, so it will not solve my problem? Is this true?
