Dual ISP Configuration

Hello!  I have been a long time user of NextDNS and am familiar with many of the features, however I have dual internet connections and using WAN failover now.  I am curious what the best method is for using dual internet options.  Is there any way to have multiple linked IP addresses?  Or do I need to create an entirely new Profile using the same settings?  Thank you in advance for any input!
