What should I enter in the "domain name" field in router settings?

So the primary and secondary DNS servers are already listed in my.nextdns.io but what do I put in domain name? It won't let me save the settings if it's empty,

    Domain Name should be optional; Are you trying to use ipv6 endpoints or the ipv4 dns servers ?

    Note: ipv4 requires linking your ip

      Ruby Balloon I'm using IPv4 servers and yes my IP is already linked but it still wants a domain name

      Daksh this is a design flow from your router manufacturer. You can use a random, preferably non-existing domain.
