Deploy App with Pre-Defined Settings

We utilize IBM's MaaS360 and are looking for a way to distribute the NextDNS app with the settings already defined so I don't have to manually configure every device. MaaS360 does not currently offer a way to change the Private DNS setting (nor prevent it from being changed), but we are able to distribute the NextDNS app to all our devices.
