Outlook/Win10 Issue Cannot Connect to Exchange Server/No Internet

I looked at the other two topics that had this issue, but they didn't resolve it.

I installed the NextDNS app, and when it's enabled, I cannot connect to my exchange server. I can access most websites.  I also cannot access my cloud accounting program (Sage50) with it enabled either.  Those are the only two things I cannot access.

 

When I Disable it, and then enable it right after, everything works for about 10 minutes, then I lose the connections.

 

I did add: dns.msftncsi.com and www.msftconnecttest.com to my allow list but I'm still getting the same issues.

 

I will provide as much other info as needed.
