Security Certificate Issue

Shortly after installing NextDNS a security alert popup appeared on my Windows 11 computer saying that "Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available.  Do you want to proceed?" 

When I view the certificate information is says the certificate was issued to blockpage.nextdns.io. What causes this and how should I be handling it?
