Customer support?

How do I get support as a customer (I'm on the Pro plan)?

If this is all there is (posting publicly), my question is: are there any safeguards in place which make it so that only I can use my nameservers?

Also, is there really no private support?

Everyone uses the same name servers. Your configuration ID is what keeps your useage and settings private. Community support (right here), is the primary support.

What do you mean by "my configuration ID" -- do you mean my "Linked IP"?
