Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus Android 13 Beta Issue

On August 30th in Korea, the Android 13 beta of the Galaxy S21 series started in Korea.

As soon as I applied that beta and rebooted the device, the problem started.

It was the error message 'IMS Service keeps crashing'.
Currently, I am using NextDNS using Android's Private DNS settings.

After several attempts, I found a few things

1. Change private DNS to third-party DNS service (Cloudflare, etc.)
-> no error

2. Set Private DNS to Disabled.
-> no error

3. Set the DNS address to NextDNS in Adguard instead of Private DNS.
-> no error

4. Put NextDNS address in Private DNS and turn off all NextDNS server settings (even remove ad blocking filter)
-> Error occurred

5. When I set the NextDNS address in Private DNS after several tens of seconds after I set Private DNS to Disabled
-> no error

(After setting each attempt, the device was rebooted.)

There seems to be a conflict with the default setting of NextDNS that users cannot set and the Galaxy s21 Android 13 beta.
We have also reported the issue to Samsung.
