NextDNS picking up higher latency wrong server

My diag is here --> https://nextdns.io/diag/b32ac090-18c9-11ed-a906-a147314ef754

It was running fine with anexia-del or microhost-del untill few days ago, but now it picks up do-blr as the ultralow server even if it is not ultralow (clearly visible in diag)

How to fix this??
