"Block bypass Methods" does not work

Don't vpn apps also render Nextdns useless? 

For example a vpn installed as chrome extension on pc completely disables NEXTDNS unfortunately

    On IOS i can use nextdns at he same time using we vpn vpn provider because in vpn provider settings there are an option to use custom dns. The downside is that i have to use linked ip. There may be an uppside again positive. It looks after about 15 minutes usage, the dnssec prosentage increase. Have to wait a day or two to be sure.
