neptune.mobileposse.com went out of control, lost my 300k quota

Hi All,

On my mobile phone the domain neptune.mobileposse.com went out of control, destroying my 300k monthly quota. I finally banned the domain.

Is there anyway I could ask for a (mercy) reset here, since it was not my own fault.
