Been having issues with nextdns all weekend.

I have been having issues with nextdns all weekend. I didnt realize it was even next dns until I just randomly decided to try 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. 

Everything is unbearably slow when using next dns, but I love this platform so I was hoping someone could help me out and we could figure out whats going on:
