Add Adguard CNAME trackers blocklist
Please consider adding
https://github.com/AdguardTeam/cname-trackers
to the blocklists or incorporate it into nextDNS' own CNAME blocklist (which hasn't been updated for months and only has a handful of entries)

The NextDNS CNAME cloaking list does not need to be updated often because it does only list CNAME targets as opposed to the Adguard's list which tries to track all the new hostnames pointing to those CNAMEs.
Doing the latter is only necessary for DNS solutions that do not support intermediate CNAME blocking. It results in imperfect filtering as it will miss some hostnames and requires frequent list updates.
