AdGuardHome & NextDNS DNS-over-HTTPS Now Stopped Working

I am using AdGuardHome Version: v0.107.5 running on Ubuntu and my NextDNS DNS-over-HTTPS endpoint successfully up until now.

When trying to browse the internet nothing was resolving, when I went into each AdGuardHome Server I saw message basically saying x.509 certificate expired or not yet valid.

A screenshot is attached, but with my endpoint redacted.

Am not sure if the error is on the AdGuardHome side or NextDNS.
