[Forum and GitHub] increase support
the team should improve the support in both places as NextDNS get a lot of attention and to be fair: too much for that level of support.

Yup….it appears to be self service when it comes to support. The back end seems pretty solid, but this service could be a BIG DEAL, if the customer side was improved
