I can't login to my.nextdns.io portal anymore

Hi Team,

I'm constantly receive below error while trying to login with my account at my.nextdns.io/login

Invalid email/password combination.

I've created my account password using password  manager.  Im confused why password is not working? however i tried several attempts to reset the password but didn't receive email to follow reset.

Then I've created new account at help.nextdns.io to post with problem which worked and now I can login to post this however, there is no success to reset my password for my.nextdns.io

I understand there help.* and my.* are two different login accounts - problem here is Im unable to login to my.nextdns.io is not working and no reset email

 

Hoping for quick support.

    Try typing in your email address manually and make sure it’s the correct one. Password manager might be adding an odd character into box.

    same issue. logging into the help forums works fine by not my.nextdns.io, i request a reset password email and it also never arrives.
