Setup page says that my router is not using NextDNS
This is interesting. I switched to NextDNS early yesterday by putting in the NextDNS DNS server IP's and also the DNS over TLS servers into my router's settings, replacing Cloudflare DNS. The NextDNS Setup page still says that I'm not using NextDNS. The analytics page shows that I'm using NextDNS for DNS lookups. However, when I go to a DNS leak test, it says that I'm using Cloudflare, which I was doing way earlier yesterday, but haven't been for hours now.
Is there some sort of cache full of DNS lookups that I did with Cloudflare that's used before a new DNS lookup is done via the router's settings? Or is there another reason that the NextDNS Setup page tells me that I'm not using NextDNS?

Up to about 25,000 queries in a couple of days on the DNS service that isn't being used *smile*.

Well, this is odd, but vaguely interesting.
Using Firefox on mac, and turned off DoH on Firefox. Setup page now shows that everything's great, green dot and all. Odd, since this the first problem I've had with using both DoT and DoH.
Still wondering though, if there's any community support here, or support from NextDNS itself?
Hello, anyone home? Or should I just turn out the lights.
