Penetration testings - Nessus & Other sites

I found that some Nextdns protection is blocking the following site but there's no entry in Hosts file servicea added to DNS.

In my opinion Nessus, Kali Linux, Open as/GVM, Burp Suite should always be whitelisted as there're not threats.
