nextdns is not logging or blocking anything

nextdns says "This device is using NextDNS with no configuration" but it is not logging or blocking anything on any of the devices on the network. I am using Nest WiFi router and basic blocking set up. It appears it has only logged one website in the past three months. Help please!

    As Pascal Bieri said it's as the status says not synced to your IP. You either need DDNS as he said or if you use the NextDNS apps it should work perfectly.

    xfinity isp is overrides nextdns
