NextDNS + macOS Monterey + App Install

Hey Folks!

Just testing out NextDNS after being a Pi-Hole and AdGuard Home user for some years. 

I am having an interesting issue I hope some folks can help me diagnose, I will start out with the problem. When doing a dnscheck on my current setup I get the following result:

The Setup

1) Orbi Mesh Wifi - With the routers DNS IP set as: 

• 45.90.28.127
• 45.90.30.127
• I have also enable DYDNS to update my public IP for the network
• IPV6 is not used, but has also been configured with the IPv6 Addresses (just in case)

2) MacBook Pro  - With Private Relay Disabled:

• NextDNS Application & 'VPN Profile' Enabled and Connected

Is there a reason I would be seeing cloud flare show up in my DNS check? Hope with some help from some more educated folks than myself, I can close this out.

A quick search on these forums seems to show Private Relay is the biggest culprit but in my case its disabled and I have rebooted the machine just to be sure. I have also run this same test in Safari and Chrome with the same result.
