Add urlhaus blocklist

Adding urlhaus blocklist will help block malware websites, there needs to be more blocklists that not only focus on privacy, but also on security.

Totally agree with John proposal. Abuse.ch and it’s URLhaus project, with the help of the security community, are doing an eccellent job on tracking malware domain in real time. It would be very useful to integrate these feeds into next dns.

Due to the fact that the blocklist mentioned blocks urls instead of domains it wouldn't exactly work with NextDNS as blocking the entity of Dropbox to block a single malware hosted there wouldn't be too efficient, but with the AI filters and their threat intelligence feeds I'm sure they they have a few great sources in order to determine a malicious domain.
