Block all search engines except one

Hello,

is it possible to block all search engines except DuckDuckGo go for example? I know I can add Bing, Google and Yahoo to the deny list but is it possible to add to custom blocklist that would contain all the search engine url in the world to the security tab? Or is it possible to block Google.* and Bing.* for example ? So that all the countries are covered?
