NextDNS doesn't work with mobile LTE , works well with my wifi

I am using NextDNS through the private DNS setting in my Android Device (DOT) . It works well when i am connected to my wifi but whenever i am using the mobile LTE data , NextDNS doesn't connect to any of the DNS servers . On my.nextdns.io page it says - All good! This device is using NextDNS with this configuration.

Other People have also reported this very same issue but unfortunately it never got any reply in months . Please fix this issue

    If you took the screenshoots when connected on mobile data than they prove everything is fine.

    If on my.nextdns.io says it is all good and when you go to test.nextdns.io and it says status ok what is your complaint about?

    Test on other site your DNS if you don't trust what NextDNS says.

    Look at the logs, do you have traffic?

      i have explained it through image to help better understand it . Nextdns seems to connect to a far off server while using mobile data & it connects to the nearest one correctly while using wifi . Images here - https://imgur.com/a/eNNRwbQ .

      PS / Sorry about my earlier statement that Nextdns isn't being used while using mobile date , that confusion was caused as while visiting http://ping.nextdns.io with mobile lte data , it doesnt display the square indicator like it does on wifi

    I understood,
    it was and still is fine.

    I don't know why sometimes the square marker is missing. But this doesn't change the functionality.

    When you do test.nextdns.io you look what name you have at the "server" and you had do-blr (probably Bangalore) and that server is one of the top ones in ping.nextdns.io. Now why you don't have the first one, read this:

      losnad I did checked using whoer.net , city with both my wifi & mobile data correctly says Mumbai . Although Nextdns connects to Mumbai only when using wifi , it always tends to use Bangalore with mobile data . Lets see , i have sent the traceroute using mobile data ( calculated through termux ) as requested by them over on twitter. Hopefully they will be able to fix it now
