somehow nextdns says im not using it

Hi all,

i have a static ip address from my isp. my router dns entries are pointed to nextdns and my computers are set to use dhcp.  when i type ipconfig /all the dns entries match the ones on the nextdns setup page.  however the logs are empty and the setup page says "This device is not using NextDNS."   i'm at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated

    You may have dns leak. Check od dnsleaktest which dns you are actually using. You should see only dns from nextdns. If its something additional then there is your issue. You can also try to disable any adblovkers/scripts addons. Brave and FF are using it by default )
