Why "NextDNS" showing this Massage??

How can i fix this issue?? I used "nextdns" dns in my wifi router! But nextdns still showing me this massage...😢😢

    Private DNS and the browser's Secure DNS setting will ignore the router DNS config. Make sure they're either disabled or manually set to your NextDNS address.
