Inoreader.com whitelist

My phone and laptop are configured to use NextDNS as the secure DNS provider and today both were unable to access https://inoreader.com or connect via the mobile app. When I went into the NextDNS logs, I saw that inoreader.com was detected as malicious, so I added the domain to my whitelist and got everything working again. Just curious why this domain was detected as malicious and getting blocked.
