Deploying via MDM

Hello,

I want to deploy NextDNS to macOS devices via MDM. It just takes a few clicks to download the profile and push it to the computers via MDM.
However, do I need to download individual profiles for each device, or is it possible to use one profile for all of them?

P.S. Any advice? For example, I noticed that Google Chrome can easily bypass NextDNS settings, but it's also very easy to create another profile to block the "Use secure DNS" option in Chrome.
