Websites are not loading when DNS is activated

Most of the time I am using a mobile data connection, It always out of normal data and I'm using data packages for specific apps (Youtube,Telegram,Whatsapp,Microsoft 365,Zoom...)  When I activate the DNS(every DNS) without having normal cellural data I have experienced that the websites that I have data to access are not getting load through a browser(I've tried only through Chrome) but when it comes to the mobile apps DNS not interruping to access. Why is that what are the sollutions that I can take without activating norml cellural data
