NextDNS with Surfshark VPN

Hi,

 

I would like to set NextDNS on my ASUS router and use VPN fusion with dedicated IP use nextDNS DNS address. 

Firstly, NextDNS can work without surfshark vpn but doesn't work when VPN fusion is on. Any idea?

I tried update the link the IP but no luck.

 

Please help.

    Looking to do something similar, I use my own vpn server that I run, and use a lot - but when I enable it, I get issues with NextDNS. I would like (and to think) both would be working with no issue with an additional layer of security.

      Hi, I found a solution. You need to manual setup your vpn on router. I'm using ASUS router and I set WireGuard for VPNfusion and leave my dns address BLANK. the vpn connection will use my router dns once vpn connected.
