[Feature Request] Strip A/AAAA Records for specified domains

I have a dual-stack IPv4/v6 setup, however depending on the situation, IPv4 has higher latency, and IPv6 has lower speed (and potentially GeoIP issues). Therefore, I would like a feature to strip out A/AAAA records based on domain names.

For example:

I would like the following domains to only return A records (strip AAAA records):

# Speedtest sites
[*.]fast.com
speedtest.cloudflare.com
speedtest-[xxx1].digitalocean.com
[*.]speedtest.net

# YouTube
[*.]youtube.com
[*.]googlevideo.com
*.c.youtube.com

# Google
dl.google.com
client[1-6].google.com
*.googleusercontent.com

and so on.

Also, I would like the some domains to only return AAAA records (strip A records), for example, Cloudflare ones (other than speedtest) and maybe game servers.
