Android app stopped working properly

This just started happening with the Dairy Queen app on Android. I won't be able to find any nearby locations. 

I tried going into the logs and adding every DNS entry that got denied, and it still didn't work. I switch over to the automatic DNS option in connections and it will work properly.

Any tips to get the app working properly?
