How do I know the Windows 10 app is working?
Installed the app and set it to ENABLE, but how can check that it is doing anything, and how can I make adjustments to the service? Is the app connected to the web page? There doesn't seem to be any available information on how to check on how things are working.

On your dns profile setup page you’ll see a banner that tells you if you’re using nextdns or not.
