Add excluded WiFi networks and domains options in NextDNS apps

Just as available when setting up a new device at apple.nextdns.io, make the Excluded WiFi Networks and Excluded Domains options available to add and remove from within the app.

       I don’t see that when I tap on “…” in the NextDNS app for iOS. This is where all the available settings are in their app. Is it somewhere else?

       It’s not visible if you’ve not used the exclude wifi before. Once you’ve done it first time it will be there in settings.

      Anyway, to exclude the first time you tap the main on/off button when it’s on and the option to disable or exclude network will be shown.
