Connectivity hanging periodically

A couple of times a day, internet connectivity hangs on my iPhone 14 Pro, connected on WiFi to omada network.

it always resolves itself but is annoying, it has been suggested this could be due to dns issues.

I have nextdns setup on the main router, and also as a profile on my iPhone, as per official setup instructions
