Delete unmaintained/unupdated filter lists

As the title suggests, delete the unmaintained and unupdated filter lists to clear the option a bit and keep things working and up-to-date.

    Sure, it would be nice if they did this, but fortunately having old lists around doesn’t affect performance or usefulness of the service.  Perhaps makes it confusing for new users,   There’s plenty of good configuration information in the forums   I upvoted this
