Network error when trying to load logs?

I have the nextdns android app, ever since the recent update I've been experiencing glitches and lagging. I am now unable to load my logs. I've tried refreshing, logging in and out, restarting my phone, mobile data and wifi, and nothing has worked. 

Is nextdns down or something? Anyone have a solution? I was just about to buy their subscription too 😭 If this keeps up Im gonna have to switch services and I dont want too 😭

    Sounds like the whole system is down then? It would be nice if there was a way we could 100% confirm if its a system issue or if it's an issue with personal devices etc.

     

    Do you guys think the logs from the down time will be recorded? Or will there be a gap in logs now? How long has it been down for you guys? For me, 2 hours.

    Logs are not able to Get/profiles/*** for me either. Something is down.

    I get the same thing, regardless of what device i'm using to access logs/activity. PC or Android same errors.

    Yeah. Im switching to controld! Nextdns is not reliable enough for me and there isnt any communication from support.

    My logs are still not loading consistently. It loaded once and then received an error. its also lumping 2 devices tg as one.

    The analytics and logs are still not working properly I’m still seeing network error messages when the different panes are loading

    seems to be working ok for me right now, im surprised to see the logs from when the system was down to be there. still looking for an emergency back up option tho. how is it working for you guys?

       Only the querying was impacted; no logs were lost. Note that even if the storage were down, we would still not lose logs—they would just be delayed.
