You can use many ways. Look at your NextDNS account on installation "tab"

Every router should be able to use custom ipv4 dns servers, even then you should be able to setup NextDNS at the device level if your router lacks custom DNS

yes there is ipv4, but it need to link ip which is annoying :) using DDNS cause dns leak so yes i dont really happy with this service, and not all devices got the dns working, only my phone sometime work and the rests are using google + ips dns (yes DNS leak)... why dont they just straight make ipv4 work like ipv6 :)
and next day, without email from nextDNS, seems like they wont ever want to do a refund. 2 more days if they are not replying ill dispute to paypal :)

trd using DDNS does not cause DNS leak. There is not enough IPv4 left in the world to assign on IP per configuration like we do with IPv6, hence the need to link the source IP.

If you sent a refund request to billing@nextdns.io you will be refund with no questions asked. It can take a few days, but it will be done.

trd so you blame them because of your setup?
I don't have any issues or leaks or problems with IPv6 or DNSv6.

Anyway, looks like you're already out.

are you suggesting that he should pay for  service he won’t use due to incompatibility of his equipment?

The user you're replying to hasn't posted in this forum for over a year. Anyway, OP could have just tested NextDNS without paying, but instead went with an annual purchase straight away. Refunded transactions reduce the merchant's reputation and repeated occurrence can increase their fees.
