Need some help setting up

I have added all the settings but for some reason it says dns resolving to This device is currently using ”Digital Energy Technologies Ltd.” as DNS resolver.

I have set up IPV 4 and 6 to the recommended settings and im running the app on windows.

My mac devices all work fine. I have also set nextdns on my router. Any idea what thhis digital energy technologies is ?

    Most likely it is your ISP DNS.
