Siri blocked, but don't know why

I've recently experimented with adding and removing certain blocking lists and ended up with only two remaining. I also enabled a few settings under the security tab and added tracking protection for the operating systems I'm using. 

Since a few days however, Siri isn't working anymore and I simply can't seem to find a way of making it work again. I've disabled all options and deleted my two blocking lists, but still: "Your iphone is not connected to the internet", according to Siri. Does anyone have any advice on how to solve this?
