Changing DNS for a domain

Hi! Yesterday I changed DNS for my domain to cloudlflare and then set a new A record there. Everything works fine but not while I'm connected via nextDNS. Then all the time I see as if the domain is pointing to the old A record and pointing to the old server. I have NextDNS configured on the router, I have already restarted it but it did not help. To use the new website I have to change my DNS to primary. Does nextDNS update addresses so rarely?
