Started using NextDNS, a month later, very slow performance.

I had originally started using NextDNS about a month ago, late August. Everything went perfectly fine, no slowdowns or performance issues. Roughly a few weeks ago, all pages started timing out or having multiple issues.

However, I am on Win10; I had tried to verify if it was the issue - going to CloudFlare WARP client immediately resolved all issues. Staying on the NextDNS client seems to possibly be the issue.

I see that the past topic resolved it by wiping the computer - hopefully we can find a solution that can avoid that.
