Client on Win 10 switching profiles

Have a client on Win 10 that is randomly switching to another profile.

Installation from mass deployment guide, msi, no gui.

Have uninstalled, re installed, manually set the profile in Registry.

DO not recall using the secondary profile at any time on this machine, but continue to investigate.

Anyone come across a similar issue?

Any tips on fully uninstalling Nexdns (all entries and and registry info)?
