Few tweaks will may this very helpful

I have been using NextDNS for about a year now and honestly I actually do love it. It is easy to setup and very convenient. However like many people have said, I feel like a lot more can be done if NextDNS allowed custom blocklists or at the very least a very good NSFW blocklist that is frequently updated. As someone who has other apps they use to supplement, it's hard to keep up with the new ones that keep churning out every day, and I am sure they are some good ones. e,g OISD NSFW will be very helpful
