Apple Config Profiles vs NextDNS Apps

I use Apple Config Profiles (ACP) but..

..right now there is a ultra low-latency mode in the iOS app, the macOS app has an old hardened privacy option. 

Using the ACP mode am I up-to-date with ultra low-latency mode of the app and future updates?

    The config profiles do use the new low latency servers/routing. If you generate a new config profile and do not turn on the bootstrap IP option, you’ll be using the low latency servers.
