UDP Lookups??

Hi,

I installed the NextDNS CLI on my EdgeRouter Lite and configured the router (DHCP Server) to give itself out as the DNS resolver to clients on the network

Looking at my log files downloaded from the NextDNS site about 7% of my entries are showing up as protocol UDP with no device information at all in the log. Some of the entries look sketchy. Is this something to be concerned about? How can I figure out where on my network those requests are coming from and why they aren't being tunneled through the CLI on the router?
