New User Looking for Option to Ignore when connected to certain networks

I just started testing nextdns and like the way it works on IOS with the ignore when connected to certain networks feature. Is there anyway to do the same with a windows device? That way, I can have my home parental tools work and then when they go mobile, nextdns can take control of parental/blocking features. 

And, is there any way to hide the config or password protect it like the IOS app?
