UDM Pro (Unifi-OS) NextDNS Caching

As part of the automated installation process of NextDNS Cli, it asks me if I want to enable  Caching. When I do, it pretty much kills my internet access. I assume this is because the UDM Pro needs dnsmasq.

Can anyone please enlighten me about what is happening?

    Running UDM (Base) on 1.11.4 here and no issues with having Cache enabled.

    I have a similar issue on a UDMP, it works fine on my main default network, but my guest and IoT networks stop being able to access the internet.
