nextdns.io became top domain after I use app from phone and computer

when I was using NextDNS Cli on router, I didn't have an issue since no need to install app/setup on local machine.

Since I started to use NextDNS mobile/desktop app, I started to seeing crazy number of Nextdns.io related queries so it became top which I have never seen before.

So is this expected behaviour ?

I am using private relay and not VPN.
