NextDNS for Windows with multiple user profile

I tried searching but can't find any post.

We have a windows computer who has multiple user profile (windows login), me, my son, my wife.

When I installed nextdns on the user with admin account, it works ok.

However, once the other user account logged in, the windows client asks for the account ID.

I know it is simple to enter, however, is there a way to install it that the settings (ID) automatically applies to all user in that machine?

    I have the same challenge... I've used the MAC address of the NIC to tie a PC to one child's NextDNS profile... but that causes all kinds of problems for everyone else who uses the machine. Is it practical to tie the NextDNS profile to his login knowing that if given the option to disable it (and enable unlimited TV) he would absolutely do that?
